Making Your Own Tinctures at Home

It's no secret that herbs carry within their leaves, roots, and more many benefits and many fun natural home remedies to try at home. Making your own tinctures at home is a great way to max out those benefits. You see, the problem is that our bodies cannot always get directly to those benefits because they have to break down the plant material, which is harder to break down because of the presence of cellulose in its cells.  For this reason, some have found that extracts and tinctures provide more effective administering method. Generally, these will be made with alcohol, which is known for breaking plant material. For this reason, food-grade alcohol can be used in making your own tinctures at home to be enjoyed in small doses.

Tinctures are easy to make but the process requires patience and dedication.
