Three Natural Ways to Cope with Migraine Nightmares






In the U.S alone over 37 million people suffer from migraines worldwide. Many have described them as one of the most painful experiences they have had to endure, and can sometimes last for agonizing hours. Fortunately, there are some things found in nature that may help. Bananna Peels

Some individuals have reported a great deal of success with pain relief when directly applying banna peels to the effected area. This may be in part due to the levels of potassium it may pass on through your poors. Indeed, there has been some research connection to migraines and potassium deficiencies. Some who suffer from this pain have even experience a drop in potassium levels that has been nearly fatal.  

One good way to apply bannana peels is to cut two pieces six inches long by two inches wide. Apply one piece (white and wet side to the skin to the back of your neck and the other to your forehead. Lie down in a dark room and relax for awhile.

Potato Peels
Potatoes are also a food known for their potassium content. The skins are also cool to the touch. Simply repeat the same steps for the bannan peels, but cutting four pieces,  or whatever works for you. Apply the wet side to the head and back of the neck, and lie down and wait for the results.

Potassium and Magnesium
Potassium seems to get the most attention when it comes to the migraines, and it would seem to play a great role. That being said, however, magesium levels have also been a concern in some cases as well. You can help avert this at least a little by altering your diet. Make sure to consume many magesium and potassium rich foods, and if needed take the appropiate supplements under the guidance of your physician.

Potassium rich foods of course included potatoes and bananas as well as:
 -Pomegranates
-Sweet Potatoes
-Dried Apricots
-Acorn Squash
Some magesium rich foods include:
-Cashews
-Edamame
-Almonds
-Pumpkin Seeds

Also eat lots of spinach and and plenty of avocados, they contain both.

Make sure to monitor your magesium intake carefully and under the guidance of a physicians as execssively high levels can cause problems as well.
